Team members are trained by highly skilled Streets Ahead operatives and then given the challenge of creating their own strategy, planning, deployment of key member roles and, ultimately, responsibility for the enactment of the actual pit stop. The team is then tested against the clock (whilst on video for later review) demonstrating that good team work together with fast communication skills are essential to achieve a winning time.

The exercise has been designed by former McLaren, Williams and Arrows Formula 1 Teams' Commercial Director and International Motor Sport expert Richard West.
