"The F1 Pit Stop forms a great, fun and insightful team challenge amidst some very heavy and intensive role-play scenarios. This exercise is very challenging with a smaller group, requiring each person to be focused, motivated and determined. I volunteered to join one of the teams so we would be able to run the challenge with equal teams. Both teams developed a very strong team spirit, demonstrating a lot of support when focusing on the end result of achieving a quick time.
